No, you won't get because every University require complete 3 years degree. But you can get graduation admission in other colleges only after paying all three years of fees.

Yes, boy's hostel is there. But it's under construction right now and it will take at least 2 years to be run.
Fees of B.com depends upon your stream, but generally it varies from INR 25000 to 35000 a year
