I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty and staff.
Placements: In our course, 30-40% of students get placed. The highest package was 5 lakh, the lowest was 3 lakh, and the average was 4 lakh. The top recruiting companies were News 18 and others. In our course, there were around 40-50% of students who got internships in some news channels and local companies. The top roles offered for our course were article writers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities were average in our college. The classrooms were good and comfortable for seating. The library was fully stocked with books, and labs were also available. Wi-Fi wasn't available. Hostel and medical facilities were available in our college, and sports grounds were also available for indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: The faculty was helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good, and they have good experience in their subjects. The course curriculum was relevant and definitely prepares us for the industry. Semester exams were easy to pass, with a passing percentage of 80-90%.

It was an amazing experience and I made a lot of friends .
Placements: As it is not a private university or a well reputed government college, the environment and fee structure is very cheap. Their main aim is to provide education to everyone with affordable pricing so that everyone can get a degree. It’s curriculum is under HPU.
Infrastructure: It is a very old government college. It was constructed after the Indian Independence. The additions of new department buildings is still under process. Streams of BBA and B.A. have a good infrastructure along with a big playground in the center of the college.
Faculty: They have qualified teachers with most of them being Ph.D. holders. The teachers have great teaching experiences and they never let you down. They offer as much help as they can. There are more than 10 professors having expertise in their subject.
Other: I chose this course for my graduation as I have an affection towards the subjects of History and Geography. The course helped me gain a lot of knowledge. They have many events and competitions being held mostly between different colleges which are under HPU.

Nice college and the view from college is very great but building and infrastructure is very old.
Placements: I think not many students get jobs from that college. Most students who pass from that college continue their PG courses. Some students go for jobs, where I think the lowest package is INR 10k and the highest package is INR 30k or 40k, not more than this.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good at all. I think they need to work on it because the buildings are very old, the classrooms are very old, and the labs are not that good. It is good for sports activities, but the canteen is below average, with bad food, and the facilities are not that supportive.
Faculty: According to me, the teachers are good and helpful, and they are also well-educated and focus on students. However, this is not true of all teachers; some come just to pass the time. Examinations are easy, and there isn't much strictness. The passing percentage requires a minimum of 11 assessments and 28 marks in the exams.

I am not satisfied with its infrastructure.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in government as well as private schools. The highest salary offered ranges from Rs 40,000 per month - Rs 50,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs 30,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered varies between Rs 15,000 per month - Rs 25,000 per month. There were no recruiting companies that visit to hire students. Maximum of all the students got internships from the course, and the top role was teacher.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities were not good, and it needs to be improved very much. There was very little Wi-Fi access in a few areas, and the library was available. The canteen was provided, sports and other games tournaments were organised. There were no hostels facilities in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was not good, and it needs to be improved. The course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams were not difficult and can be easily passed.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a teacher. The quality of education and teaching should need to be improved. Annual functions were held, and the campus surroundings were good. Extracurricular activities like sports and games were also conducted.

    GC Dharamshala Class Apart.
Placements: Any student would likely want his college to have a policy on likely placements of the passouts. But unfortunately the policy of the college in this regards is not good. Me and my friends did not get any guidance in this. Same was the case for our seniors. Yes around 10 did get to intern.
Infrastructure: Being a Government aided college the infrastructure is class apart. The IT labs are modern and classrooms well built. The Canteens offered plethora of food items being of good hygiene. The library packs a ton of books with varied interests. A gymnasium is also present with games played at the college.
Faculty: The professors were well qualified yet very humble and down to earth. They used varied teaching patterns like smart classes, lectures and group discussions. There were 2 sections in our batch with each having 40 students giving a ratio of 1:40. The teaching was mostly theoretical but stood apart.
Other: Annual Functions along with various events marked our College curriculum. Total students at our time was 1600. NCC and NSS batches were also present. Scholarships were provided to the brilliant and outstanding students. I myself being an NCC cadet attended many camps and competitive events winning 2 Silver Medals at Malout, Punjab.

The college is overall quite good, though it's a government college.
Placements: The students were placed on the basis of their merit. No entrance exams were conducted for UG courses. The highest, lowest, and average packages offered in our course depend on one's quota. Job placement and recruitment are yet to be observed as I'm still a fresher.
Infrastructure: The college campus is quite spacious and clean, but the classrooms get overcrowded sometimes. The rest of the college is quite peaceful and is surrounded by trees and plants everywhere. The library is a bit overcrowded sometimes due to the strength of the students.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are quite helpful and qualified. They are knowledgeable and teach well. The only thing that lacks is explanation in English due to the majority of the students opting for Hindi medium. The semester exams are prepared by HPU Shimla.
