Hello Dinesh,
Study by distance learning is recommended for those courses that have less amount of practicals. Since a student is supposed to learn at his convenience in his home. But painting, I feel requires lot of hand holding and practicals and hence not possible by distance learning. You can seek private tuition if you are interested in learning the art-form.

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)is the standardunder-graduatedegree for students seeking a professional education in the visual or performing arts.
It is an interactive course having duration of 3 to 4 years. This course is also known as BVA (Bachelor of Visual Arts). Students who have completed their 10+2 can pursue Bachelor of Fine Arts.
The course can be pursued either for full-time graduate course or part-time graduate course .i.e. through correspondence or distance learning.
The average tuition fee for this course varies from 2 Lakh INR to 6 Lakhs INR or as according to the fee structure of different universities.
Admission forms for the BFA course are generally available along with other undergraduate courses application forms in the month of May. Mostly, the admission is merit based and universities declare a common cut off list for admission to the program.
However, there are some institutes that conduct the entrance examination. Some fine arts institutes carry out Aptitude test and based on that, admission process is carried out.

No, because last year's BA (Hons) first cut-off list is 98.20%.
Even if you belong to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 85.

Based on your score and last year's cut off you stand negligible chance of getting admission in BA(Hons) English in DU.
