Placements: This year, 70 to 75% of students in CSE got placed. The highest was around 8 LPA and the lowest was around 2 LPA. Many companies visited for Placement Drives, and the Placement percentage for CSE was the highest. Placement this year was good, but almost all the seniors complained regarding the comparatively average salary. TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and many more visited for Placement Drive. Many were recruited as Developers, Programmers, Coding Supervisors, and Business Analysts.
Placements: Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi boasts a decent placement percentage, with around 70–75% of students getting placed in recent years. The College's Training and Placement Cell works diligently to bring in a variety of companies, offering roles that range from core engineering positions to software development. The placement scenario at GCEK has been improving steadily. Some of the top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and L&T. The average package varies between 3.5 a...
Placements: Though GCEK is relatively new, it has made significant progress in providing placement opportunities for Civil Engineering students. The Training and Placement Cell actively builds connections with top companies. While the placement rate is growing, companies such as TCS and Wipro have hired from GCEK. But talking about civil, the placement percentage is negligible. As of now, L&T does not visit the campus, but in the future, there is a huge probability that they may visit. All the students who ...
Placements: Placement opportunities at GCEK are modest, with an average placement rate of around 20-30%. Notable recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Teach Mahindra, and Infosys. The highest reported salary package is between 14-18 Lacs per annum, but most students secure average packages ranging from 2-5 Lacs per annum. Due to the limited number of companies visiting the campus, many students seek off-campus placements. This year not a single got any PPO or paid internship from reputed Firm.
Placements: Many companies, like Tata, Vedanta, Wipro, Jindal, etc., offer placements. CSE gets more placements as compared to other branches. EE students get placements from Tata Power. The mechanical branch also offers many companies. Civil has no placements.
Placements: This college is remotely placed in the interior zone of Odisha, so not many companies visit the institute for placement, Only in CSE there is an average to good placement you can expect or else in all other branches getting placement is like winning a war. The highest placement this year was 19 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. In mechanical, no one got any paid internship. The top roles offered to students from mech are Tyre supervisors, Mechanical engineers, Factor machines supervisors etc.
Placements: There are placements for only for CSE students so other branches student have to apply for off campus drive that is why this college is not good otherwise, it is average, but I hope in future there will be placements for other branches too.
Placements: From the 7th semester, you are eligible to get placed from GCT. Many top companies like Zoho, Infosys, Cognizant and Oracle visit here to hire freshers. If you are a CS/IT student, the percentage of students getting hired is around 95%. The highest salary package grabbed by our senior was around 12 LPA. Nearly 98% of students from the CS field get placed here. After getting this degree, I am going to opt for campus placements in those lavishing companies.
Placements: The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Cisco, TCS, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra are the top recruiters of our college. Every student of my batch got an internship. Companies offer the roles like business unit, software developer, full stack developer etc.
Placements: 75% of students got placed in our course. 70% of students also got internships from our course in TATA, Visa, Jindal etc. The facilities in our college are very good, and the environment is good.
Placements: I am in the mechanical engineering course, and it is tougher than others. Placements are good, and internships are also the best. Our college gets top recruiters all over the country, so I think students would get placed in a good company. All other courses also have the best teachers, students and also placements.
Placements: Placements were not that good. Very few companies visited here for campus recruitment. Students could also try off-campus drives. I recommend that you not waste your time here because there is no career path and no placements. Out of 60 students, 2-4 got the highest salary package, and 2 or 3 got an average salary package.
