Our college is very good.
Placements: The placement percentage of our college is 40%. Many software companies visit our college to recruit students. They are recruiting bright and young students. The civil, mechanical, and chemical students got placed in software companies along with electrical and applied engineering students.
Infrastructure: Our college has good aesthetic infrastructure. It is beautiful. We have a small campus. All department buildings are situated together. It is easy to access each building. Our college is in town, so it is accessible.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best. They passed out from the best universities like IITs. They are well-educated. They are always ready to help us. They help us mentally. They are well-mannered, skillful, and helpful.

Little package seems a worthy title.
Placements: There is no core placement for the course. The graduates have an option to go for higher education or settle down with an IT company job. TCS, COGNIZANT,. And many local IT companies visits for campus interviews. An IT job can be attained if there is no backlogs and a CGPA above 7. only about 45 percent of students gets internships. The roles offered in IT field is mainly consultancy and service related roles. The lowest package was 3 LPA, the highest 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is medium compensating. This is a small campus. It doesn't even have playground, means hostel,. Etc. There is no Wi-Fi, labs are efficient, classrooms are average, library is good but slightly old. There is no hostel for boys, only a girls hostel with very limited seats are present. The food is average (I heard from friends in the hostel). Mess and canteen are also average. Medical facility is less. Sports and games some of them exists but any information regarding sports will never be shared to all students.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Teaching quality is excellent. Course curriculum is a total bluff. It's like someone tried to copy the choice based credit system from foreign universities and in here there is no choice for students every relevant and irrelevant courses are injected into the students. There are many filler courses such as life skills, politics, and much more. It doesn't make anyone industry ready, not even a little. Semester exams are regulated by the University hence the difficulty will be related to the mind of professors there. Pass percent is over 50 percent.

Review of Government Engineering College, Kozhikode.
Placements: The placement rate in chemical engineering is low compared to other departments in our college. But so many IT companies are offering placements; they include Infosys, Cognizant, etc. 30% of students are placed in our department. The top roles are trainees, etc.
Infrastructure: The college campus is small compared to other engineering colleges. But our college buildings are better. In classrooms, projectors, AC, and fans are available. Good atmosphere for studying. The labs are good. Each machine is workable. The college have 1 ladies hostel. The hostel is much better compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are well experienced. So we can learn so many informative lessons. The teaching style is simple to understand. The college is under Kalam Technical University. The semester is not tough.

Compared to other colleges, our campus space is less and has less technical fests and celebrations.
Placements: Only 40% of students get placed from our college. Only 5 branches are available here. Out of these five branches, only 40% of students get placed. For placement offers, only IT companies like Infosys, etc., visit here. Therefore branch wise placements were not provided. About 70% of students attend internships.
Infrastructure: Lab facilities are average here. Most of the instruments are broken and not clean. Lab sessions are very few, and Wi-Fi facilities are not included in the lab. Mobile phones are not allowed in the lab. Classrooms are neat and clean, and the department is also neat and clean. Hostel facilities are poor, and there is accommodation at a low amount also.
Faculty: Teachers here have knowledge about studies, but they have low teaching skills. The syllabus is lengthy, and the study material requirement is less. The curriculum is very essential. There is no time to study for semester exams that make students very discomfort. There are huge subjects.

I am satisfied with teachers, average placements, very good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in IT companies like TCS, Infosys, etc. Byju's is one of the leading companies in education, which also recruit many trainees from here with an average salary. Other than that, none of the reputed companies visits our college. The placement cell organises many good classes.
Infrastructure: Our college is not much huge, but all the branches are equipped with good quality infrastructure. Labs are almost of high quality with all the things needed for students to perform practicals. Our college has only a ladies hostel, which is average. However, there are many PGs for male students.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified professionals with great knowledge of their subjects. They are very helpful, and they have many years of experience in teaching in this field. The course curriculum is relevant. You can study the theoretical aspects of industries and everything. By doing practicals, you can get knowledge of what happens in the industries.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is one of the good courses, and chemical engineering in Kerala is taught only in NITs, IITs and 8 other colleges in the state. The campus conducts many events in a year. The annual tech fest named Lakshya, which is a 3-day programme is organised every year. They also conduct arts day, union day and elections.
