Hi Pooja,
I am very surprised from where you got the information of Diploma courses available. There are no Diploma courses available for Law.
As per Bar council of India -: Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.
There are only Degree courses available - 5 years integrated course (after 10+2) and 3 years LLB course (after graduation)
It is only at LLM level you can choose Cyber Law as specialisation. At Graduation level you have to study all Law Fields.

Hi Gayathri,
The admissions to all law colleges in India are based on entrance exam (as per bar council's guidelines). You have to appear for Register for entrance and appear for the exam. All the National Law University's admissions are based on CLAT score. Top private colleges accept ISAT Scores. CLAT & ISAT exams are over already. If you have not appeared for any entrance - then no chance in getting admission in government law colleges. However, almost all the private colleges conduct their own entrance exams as well. The registrations are still on.
