Good infrastructure and academics. Strict faculty members but a good college.
Placements: Since I am now studying in college, I don't know that much about the placement details. But I'm sure that every student needs to do the internship in the same hospital and will get a stipend. I don't know about the correct amount MGR University provides for medical students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, this college is very good. It is a new college so the surroundings are neat and clean. Even classrooms are good. Library, computer, and lab facilities are good there. College hospital hostels everything is in the same compound so that no need to travel for duty. Canteen is also nearby.
Faculty: Professors are well-qualified, experienced, and also very strict academically. The language they use is English so non-Tamil students can also understand. There are 8 internal assessments before university exams. That will help us to improve our knowledge. We need to acquire 50% for passing in assessments.
Other: Since MBBS is my passion, I took this course. The portions are vast but interesting. The college is promoting intercollege sports and arts. The college has a separate auditorium and volleyball basketball courts.
