Hello Niraj,
To be honest, both these colleges are not great choices for pursuing MBA as such. Nevertheless, DSIMS seems a slightly better option over Guru Nanak due to its location and decent ROI:

It is not recommended as it is not gud brand neither has any recird placement. Opt for coll like Nmims, Spain, jbims, Welingkar, Kj somaiaya, Sydenham.
