From the review of the student who has passed out from this university and get a better opportunity in a various Government and private sectors. Some important points for mention below about technology:-Placement cell is good in this college they always try their best to help every student get hired by a company, if someone is doing very well in their study and trying to get hired then there is a great chance to get hired by any company.Structure of our college is very decent comfortable  coaches in the lobby section, classroom are air conditioner with the projector, Wi-Fi enable, computer laboratories are large and good, canteen is not that great, but it's decent Faculty member are good and helpful, teaching staff member are PhD holder and their process they always available to help there student if they are facing any problem, many curriculum activity and seminar with the student with which are good and informative, exam are average, colleges affiliated with GGSIPU, syllabus and exam are balance in manner.

Yes you can get direct admission in some of the courses at GNIT Kolkata such as BBA, BCA and Diploma in engineering while for some of the courses you have to qualify some exams. M.Tech and MCA are offered to the graduates with 50% marks.For B.Tech courses students  must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks.Admission for B.Tech  also depends on JEE Main, WBJEE, or CEE AMPAI scores.BBA courses are offered to the students who have 50% marks in the 10+2 board examination.Selection for BBA courses is based on CET conducted by MAKAUT.BHM courses are offered to the students who have passed the 12th board examination with 50% marks.Admission for BHM courses is based on the Merit and CET entrance exam conducted by MAKAUT.The Institute offers M.Tech courses with two disciplines to the candidates who have qualifying marks.Admission for M.Tech courses is based on GATE or WBUT PGET entrance examination marks.MCA courses are offered to the students who have passed Bachelors Degree 50% marks.
