B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2016
Offered by Haryana Engineering College

They will loot you in every semester by the name of examination fee.
Placements: Only 1% of students in our course got placed from college because TPO of this college doesn't have time for placement. Rather they will realise students in the very first year that students cannot get placed by the college, because students are not good, etc. TPO only runs his business and doesn't bother about placements.
Infrastructure: Labs are dirty, and Wi-Fi facility is just to show name in students mobile, but it doesn't have good bandwidth, its fake and poor connection. Hostels are dirty, and poor college doesn't have a seat outside the classes to sit with your friends and study. They only boast about their air-conditioned in classes.
Faculty: Faculty members are poor, and teachers are students of M.Tech, and all the M.Tech students are teaching the B.Tech students. This college is only meant for earning money, and they will charge money from students for each and everything, I will never suggest anyone take admission here.
Other: I have chosen this college as it was near to my house, and it is just 3 km away from my home. It was my bad decision that I have chosen this college.

Some teachers are good in college with friendly nature.
Placements: Mechanical engineer is not placed from college, not coming mechanical engineering company, only few students of mechanical engineering are getting placement from college, sometimes fake company are coming in college for the name of placement, and University is main issue to break the dream of students and future of students, KUK University examination branch staff are not pass the students in exam. Students are prove there best in exam but University is not fair checking there paper and fail in the subjects, University is not set the future of students, University on doing there business of money earning only.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college is more than average all the classroom are air conditioning but they are not on all time small ground in college there are not any gameing activity in the college, so the infrastructure is not good only average I am not satisfied in this college and fee is higher of the college.
Faculty: Some faculty are good in college and some are B.Ed in nature fee of college is high, and current semester fee paid by students this is not complsary by University, this is not fair by college to the students, daily new rules apply on the students by college. Other colleges is better than this college.

It is okay type college beacuse it is near by jagdhri city so it is little easy to reach.
Placements: Average placement for CSE and ECE. But for mechanical engineering there is less placement offers. You get offers but not core mechanical branch. In terms of civil engineering it is more convenient. You get job if your degree is not with back. You get well in case and ECE in Haryana engineering college placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is not very big. It is average means according to number of students studying in it you have sufficient parking area. But the playing area for cricket is not there. You can have football but by adjusting it you can play. You have sufficient space for students to study there.
Faculty: Faculty is also average. You can't say that you get perfect teacher for all subjects. But you get okay type lecture from them. You will be able to clear. Here we study B.Tech BBA M.Tech and MBA all this course has average strength but not for M.Tech or MBA students.

Haryana Engineering college, Jagadhri, review.
Placements: The placement of the college is too good. Recently in the batch of 2013-2017, approximately 65% students are placed in reputed companies through college campus drive. There are a lot of regular visiting companies. You can check the college placement services in online through the official site of HEC college.
Infrastructure: As per the current condition, the infrastructure is not too good, but it in series. The good thing is that management focus on all the aspects of the college, and they are trying to do best from them. In 2016, 2 more buildings are added to improve the college reputation. Now, the college is going in good direction. The canteen facility is good. The playground is also good and enough. The industrial visit is also good.
Faculty: The faculty are good, but in recent year, due to the shortage of students in college, there is some miss happens that affect the faculty services of the college, but as the management is good, they are trying to make it better. Its horrible to be a student of this college.

Overall, it is awesome. Last year, the placement was too good.
Placements: If we talk about placement, there are about 10 to 15 students from each branch who got a placement done in different companies.
The maximum students are selected from computer science and electronics branch.
Although the placements for mechanical, civil and electrical branches are not much, last year two of my friends got selected in a very good company. They have an annual package Rs. 3.2 lakhs per annum.
The companies offer salaries according to their merit.
If the student is good in technical knowledge and activity and has achieved good marks, then their salary package will be about Rs. 3 lakhs per annum or more.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available 24x7 with a good speed.
I had once noted its speed was around 2 Mbps. The students can easily access the Wi-Fi.
The classrooms are big and every classroom has 6 fans.
The quality of food in the canteen is awesome.
Every kind of food is available like Indian, Chinese and other fast food.
The hostel rooms are good.
In each room, 3 or 2 students are living together.
Faculty:
The faculty is really good.
Most of the teachers are frank with the students and provide good knowledge. They use the projector to explain difficult topics and programs.
The college has different faculty cabins in them.
The students can personally ask any questions or queries about their subject and topics.
Most of the teachers have a master's degree in engineering and 2 or 3 teachers have a PhD degree.
Other: Our college has a big playground. The students can play different games like cricket, volleyball, etc.
There are some restrictions like the students cannot go outside the campus without the gate pass.
There is a restriction on walking out of class without any work. If we talk about the fee, it is average and in budget.
