The faculty at Haryana Engineering College is, as such, considered good and collaborative. Many students appreciated help and cooperation from the teachers. Generally, the faculty was viewed as highly qualified and very motivated toward student success. An average experience of most of its faculty members is 7-8 years, thus adding an element of stability in learning.Instructor Methods: Students state that teaching methods are the balance between lectures and practice; however, some complain for more practical sessions. With respect to the general teaching quality, it's viewed satisfactory. However, not every opinion on the faculty that manages the complete engagement of the student or in-depth study and beyond the preparation towards examination is satisfactory. But basically, faculty plays a prime part in shaping the educational activities in the college campus.

Haryana Engineering College (HEC) is generally considered to be one of the more prominent colleges in the region in terms of engineering. However, several reasons have brought it much attention:Quality of Education: It has good marks with respect to college teaching and an updated curriculum along with talented and supportive teachers. Emphasis is given to practical learning, and sessions are conducted on a regular basis.Placement Opportunities: Though placement percentage is fluctuating recruitment drives sometimes are excellent because all the major companies from nearly every sector regularly visit campus. Some students talk of decent placements in some firms while some raise their eyebrows about placement cell as such.Infrastructure: the HEC provides enough infrastructural facilities for libraries and Wi-Fi, which are all major components of a good learning environment.Affordability is a cheap college that could easily reach out to students regardless of economic backgrounds.Overall, though the placements and experiences in general have been a mixed bag of sorts, Haryana Engineering College has been seen as a decent choice for any engineering learning programme in Haryana.
