Hello Sounak,
There's high chance that you will get CSE in Heritage. However, you might have to wait till the last round of counseling. Last year the cutoff for CSE was 32k after 3rd round.

To get admission in Heritage, you can go either for WBJEE or JEE mains. They accept the score of both the entrance. However, if you have not appeared in any of these exams, then you can get admission through management quota directly
