No, you will not get mechanical. I think you will not get any branches in Heritage with this rank.

You cannot get admission in Heritage, IEM,Haldia but in BC Roy chances are very low for computer science. You have to wait till 3rd round.

Yes, mechanical branch is good.
But if you see the placement scenario, the average package is 3.3 lakh per annum. Few core companies come to the college.
