Review of Hewett Polytechnic College.

Placements: Most of the placements are provided in the IT branch. Around 70% of students get placements very easily in startups. Many training companies offer industrial training and help students with placements. It is easy to get a job if students learn coding. It is easy to get a job after a diploma. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA and the lowest salary package is 1 LPA to 1.5 LPA. Many startups and some know companies like L&T, Wipro, etc., visit our college to recruit students. MNCs don't visit our college to recruit students. Students who maintain above 70% without any backlogs can get placements. Placements are not good in other branches.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Wi-Fi is available in the classrooms and labs at an average speed. Computers in the labs are good where students can use android studio and other heavy software and run Cyber-Punk with low graphics. Labs are good and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available. Hostel is closed so students have to stay in rented rooms or PGs. Canteen is closed most of the time but there are many options outside the college.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable but students face issues with some teachers. Exams are not difficult if students study well. Teachers don't take classes regularly.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in coding and it provides high placement opportunities. Teachers at our college should be helpful. Fests are not organised in our college. It conducts sports events and other competitions. Students of our college can easily get scholarships.

Our college is the best for studies and placements.

Placements: In our college, maximum students gain above 75%. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Wipro visit our college to hire students from our course.

Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like a computer lab, Internet of Things lab, electrical lab, and a workshop.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and the friendly environment.

Placements: Good placement records and also brilliant package expectations from this college in IT. But nowadays, placement of students has become a very big matter for colleges. Hence, there are also off-campus placements that are provided by our excellent teachers.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and has a very large campus. Also, their hostels are very big, but the hostels are not provided to general category students. Hence, the hostel is only allotted to first-year students of the SC/ST category only. We are very upset by this thing of the college.

Faculty: Exams are taken once every month with the best discipline. Labs are highly modern and maintained, fully air-conditioned, and the whole campus has an internet facility. Libraries with a wide space for reading. IOT labs, CAD lab, CAHM labs, BCR, and very excellent classes.

I am happy to be in this college.

Placements: Maximum 90% of students get jobs with their talent. I have spent 3 years in this college and I saw that our college is one of the best Polytechnic colleges in UP. In our college, many companies visit for placements, for example, Larsen and Toubro, Tata Steel, Mahindra, Cedcoss, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available in our college. Students, teachers, and principal had their own Wi-Fi facility. Classroom and libraries were in good condition, and all types of books were available in our college. It provides a canteen where they can spend their time for relaxation.

Faculty: All teachers were graduated and well qualified. I like most Mr. Peeyush Verma sir. He has a very good personality. He helps students in all matters. Our branch 8s Information Technology. So our subjects were Java, C language, data structure using C, Python, web development, PHP, and many computer science subjects. All subjects were very interesting and easy to understand.

Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in the IT field. Now I am a Php software developer in Brand Metrics Fintech. Our college does not celebrate many fests, but two major fests of our college were Deekshant Samaroh and Games.

Review of Hewett Polytechnic Lucknow.

Placements: I am pursuing Diploma in IT 2021 batch. The highest package offered is 4 LPA in IT branch (in 2019). The average package is 2 LPA (all branches). The lowest package is 1 LPA (all branches). Companies like HCL, Tata Motors, etc., came here. There are no internships. Junior software engineer roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is on the top, but hostel facilities are not available. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere. A digital library is also available. There are no hostel facilities, but a good canteen is available. There are 2-3 different grounds for sports.

Faculty: The college has M.Tech qualified teachers in all branches. The teaching quality is great and friendly. The course is designed by BTEUP. You have to do summer training to gain some industrial experience. Semester exams are not much difficult. You just need to score a minimum of 18 marks out of 50 to clear the exam.

Other: From the beginning, I was very excited about computers and their works, that's why I chose IT branch. There are no internships in Polytechnic colleges. In Hewett, the boy-girl ratio is 2:7. In scholarships, you get 95% of your fee. The campus is one of the best in Uttar Pradesh. You never get this type of campus in any Polytechnic college. College life is great, fun and relaxing.
