But if you fail in semester exams then you have to reappear next year for the exams. So, try to score well in internals so that it will help you to score well in the end semester examination.

Nothing happens, if you have some medical reasons then you can submit the Medical report. But then you have to score well in the semester examination so that you will get good marks and won't fail. If someone fails in end semester exams then they will have to reappear, next year. So try to give internal exams, and do not miss them as it helps to score and have a good aggregate of marks which will ultimately increase your CGPA. These internal exams, therefore, play an important role in securing admission.
