Yes, you can, provided you clear the cut off with the required subjects, which should include Mathematics, at least one language and 2 other core subjects.

If you only want to pursue a degree in B.Com, then 50% will be fine but if you want to go for reputed colleges and universities and if you also want to participate in competitive examination then atleast 60% will be fine. But, it's your turn.

DU has separate entrance examinations for all its Post-graduation courses, whose syllabus is based on class 12 basics and course of your B.Sc. You need to clear the entrance to get admission in the university.
