Dear Vansham,
In case, you can get a chance in Hansraj College, go ahead without thinking much. Kolkata has poor student crowd. Moreover, the faculty of SXC has degraded. I don't know much about Delhi University when it comes to faculty, but given that most of the books authored by the professors of DU, sell like hot cakes all over in India, for all professional exams, I can easily assume, that the professors must also be pretty good there. SXC, however, teaches you one of the most important things in Life I. e. discipline. You wake up 5 AM and reach sharply by 6 AM. There are no excuses for securing low scores in examinations, and above all, you can easily work at any place, once college gets over at 10 AM.

With such percentage, there are chances that you can get good colleges like Hindu, Ramjas, etc. But it still depends on the category to which you belong.

Yes,basic.Breadth-first search (BFS)is an important graph search algorithm that is used to solve many problems including finding the shortest path in a graph and solving puzzle games (such as Rubik's Cubes). Many problems in computer science can be thought of in terms of graphs. For example, analyzing networks, mapping routes, and scheduling aregraph problems. The aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as best four subjects (BFS).
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as BFS. So you are eligible as your subjects (hist, geo, eco) are included in Political Science Hons.
I think there will be no reduction.

It depends on your best four %age of 12th.
DU conducts admission through the merit-based system.
Usually, the cut-offs for Economics Hons. vary from 93-99% in DU.
Every DU college has a different cut-off for different courses.
