You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as it is necessary without that you can not apply for the admission.
your form will not be considered at all.you should keep looking for other universities with lower eligibility criteria.

Admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2/ graduation/ post-graduation.
Maximum weightage would be given to the last passed examination.

No, it's not mandatory to have maths in best four but you need to have maths as one of your subjects in +2. Although, it is mandatory to have economics (without which a deduction of 2.5% will be done) and English ( or other language subject).
