Hindu College admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.Step 2: Submit College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and Hindu College as the option. Step 3: The University will release the dates for DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories. The "freeze" option in seat allocation for CSAS (DU) is to be selected by the students to confirm their admission choice to the allocated college and course at DU.If candidates are happy with the assigned college and course, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS.Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat and want to take admission to this course & collegeIf they do not choose to upgrade or freeze your admission, their current status will be maintained.Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the concerned college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. Step 5: Once Hindu college accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. On the basis of the availability of seats due to rejections, cancellations, and withdrawals, DU colleges may announce multiple allocation rounds. The University of Delhi will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.

Yes, Hindu College has separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys. However, during admission in 2020 and 2021, hostel facilities were temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic situation and social distancing norms. Candidates seeking admission from 2022 onward were, however, allowed to apply for the hostel. The hostel of Hindu College is located on the college campus and is within walking distance of all the academic and extracurricular facilities. With more than 200 rooms combined in the girls' and boys hostel, all the residential rooms are well-furnished and are fully air-conditioned. Additionally, round-the-clock security is available with security guards at the main gates of the hostels. For more security and vigilance, CCTV cameras are installed at important locations at the hostel. Students are also offered the opportunity to rejuvenate themselves with the assistance of all the recreational facilities available at tje hostel campus. The closing cutoff for BSc (Hons) in Physics stood at 99.66% and for BSc (Hons) in Maths, it stood at 99% in 2021. However, starting 2022, the university and its affiliated colleges, such as Hindu stopped releasing the cutoff scores based on Class 12 scores obtained by the students. Admissions now are subject the scores obtained by the students in the CUET UG exam. Those who qualify the exam as per the scores required for DU admission (and to its affiliated colleges) are required to register on the DU CSAS portal for final seat allotment.

While Hindu College accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. Starting 2022, Hindu College has stopped releasing the cutoff for BCom (Hons) and other UG courses publicly. Earlier, the institute, along with the University of Delhi used to release the cutoff scores for different category students across seven to eight cutoff lists. These lists were based on the Class 12 scores obtained by the students. With the introduction of CUET UG, the process for the release of cutoff has seen changes. Now, students who have applied to Hindu College in their DU CSAS registration form (after qualifying CUET UG) receive an admission call, provided they meet the set score standards of the institute. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET- PG exam (starting admission 2023). The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG from 2022 onward and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was subject to merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions.

No, there is no offline method of application. All the candidates must apply through the centralised entrance exam's official website, i.e., the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG exam. After the COVID years and after the introduction of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to Hindu College and other DU-affiliated colleges, the application process has shifted full-time to the online mode. Candidates can register on the official websites of the respective exam, fill out the online application forms, pay the course-wise application fee and appear for the exam to become eligible. For final admission, shortlisted and pass-out students of CUET UG and CUET PG are required to register on the DU CSAS portal for the final admission and seat allocation process.
