Homi Bhabha National Institute is excellent in terms of placement and it is at par with other colleges such as some nit's or even some iit's. It is a great university in terms of placement, as it has a very good return on interest than any college. The placement statistics of Hbni are as follows:-In the year, a total 219 out of 339 students were placed on the campus itself. The median package offered to PG (1-year) students is 11.40 LPA and to PG (2-year) was 11.70 LPA in the year 2022.Also, there was 100 percent placement rate in 2021 and 90 percent in 2022.The median package offered to PG (3-year) was 34 lpa.There are very reputated companies which take part in the placement process like BARC, Bhabha atomic research centre etc.

One can get admission in the institute through various entrance exams which depend on the courses such as:-Neet (ug) for undergraduate courses in the medical field and Neet (pg) for postgraduate courses in the medical field which includes Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.), radiation medicine etc.For engineering courses one has to give Jee Mains for undergraduate courses and Gate examination for postgraduate courses such as M.Tech and B.Tech in various domains like electrical, mechanical, computer engineering, etc.Also, there is another university examination known as Nest which is specific for the university that provides admission to MSc and BSc programmes.
