As far as you're getting a good placement, PGPM/MBA/PGDM whatever it is hardly matters. Whichever college you're in, if they're able to provide you with good placement, then it doesn't even matter what you did. Take an example of IIMs. They do

Hi, congratulations to you. BIMTECH is a really good college with great faculty and lot of growth opportunities for students. NMIMS is also a nice college but I'm not sure about IBS. You can select from any of BIMTECH or NMIMS. All the best.

Apart from Hyderabad, Dehradun & Jaipur campus IBS runs an autonomous institute which awards PGPM. Though, you still have an option of having MBA with PGPM with IBS, Dehradun as like what I did while pursuing PGPM from IBS, Gurgaon.
