It would be difficult to answer that, as admission cycle changes each year. But you are close and you do have a shot at getting IHM-Pusa. Also, choose IHM-Mumbai as a backup.

Yes, you are eligible you just need the clear the NCHMCT JEE exam as well as if you want to do from a private institution there are many universities offering the B.Sc. in hotel management.

Yes, you may get admission. There will be many colleges near you and if you don't get in the 2nd round then try to attend the 3rd counselling.
