After completing B.Tech you may pursue M.Tech and then PhD that usually what people do or you may also have other options to do Masters in fields other than M.Tech. You may do masters in IT/Computer or business, etc.

You have two options:
Either you can take transfer certificate from GLS University and submit to IIBMS.
Or The candidate's with Diploma in any stream viz. 3 year after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 or two year vocational course from ITI after 10+2
