Doing full time course gives you opportunity to sit for campus placements which is not in the case of distance course, but you can opt for off-campus where you will get a job opportunity.

In most of the colleges, 1st year has all the subjects common for all the students, no matter what specialization you are opting for. And for the next year, you can always choose marketing and get into sales.
All the best.

It depends on the basis of college that which type of college you choose for yourself if you want IIM you need to crack CAT exam and after that, your fee would be from 7 to 8 lakhs and 19 to 20 lakhs.
