You must go for IIEST Shibpur CS, as it is one of the best in this country with great placement offers. Recently, Microsoft recruited some with INR 40 LPA. Without any doubt, I can assure you to join IIEST to have a great future ahead.

IIEST-Shibpur beats all in terms of placement. Look at the figures and the companies who visit. Microsoft, Google, Pwc, coal India, Tata steel, Hindalco, ZS associates and what not. Be assured of a good future if you join IIEST.

I will suggest you to go for Shibpur if you are interested in civil engineering or else if you are interested in mechanical engineering then choose NIT Durgapur. If you are not stream biased then choose Shibpur. Why? Here are some advantages-
1. Better placement cell
2. Nearby Kolkata
3. Offers dual degree (B.Tech+M.Tech, 5 years)
If you opt out to pursue only B.Tech then you can also do that and get your B.Tech degree after 4th year.
