At International Institute of hotel managemnet, Bangalore, the Cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is being calculated using a process defined in it's ordinance. In this process they have allotted certain credit scores for a particular paper. The cumulative grade point average is being calculated by adding the marks obtained by the students in each & of the core paper and then that total score is being divided by the "n" (total number of subjects) & by doing so we get the aggregate percentage afterwards, they convert that percentage score in the CGPA format. However, the formulas being used is not stated on the official website of the IIHM, Bangalore.

The IIHM, bangalore has not released its placement figures & so the median package. Hence we can only stipulate the figures based on the data of the previous batches. The Average package which is being offerd here is somewhere around INR 2.50 LPA & the highest package tolls at INR 4.50 LPA.So we can assume that the median for the batch should be somewhere around INR 2,00,000 PA.
