5 years ago Is it wise to drop RVC CSE (Bangalore) for IIIT, Allahabad? Are the placements in IIIT Allahabad for B.Tech in IT on par with NITK?

See, the placements of both the colleges are almost the same and the problem is the fee if you can pay the RVC fee then opt for that, otherwise, you can drop a year.

No, with this rank, you are not allowed to take admission in IIIT-Allahabad as their cutoff range are so much higher.
5 years ago Can I expect a seat for IT with 5450 rank? Should I opt for MNNIT-IT if I don't get a seat here? This year, first round cutoff is 3750.

Yes, you can opt for the MNNIT if you are unable to get IT branch in IIIT-A, but I'll suggest you be patient and see wait for the last round of the counselling, you can get the admission in this college only.

Yes, you can get admission in this college in the outside state quota but in that also in the last round of the counselling.
