The institute offers MTech courses in four specialisations, including Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Bioinformatics, Data Science and Analytics.  IIIT Allahabad offers five courses, including BTech, MTech, MBA, Certificate and PhD programmes. The duration of the courses is from six months to five years.
