In order to get admission to the B.Tech and M.Tech courses, candidates are required to clear the JEE Main and GATE examinations, respectively. IIIT Bhagalpur offers BTech programme in four specialisations : Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation Engineering, and Mathematics and Computing . The cutoff score for BTech CSE for the year 2023 is 49435. 47148 and 42877 was the Cutoff score for the year 2021 and 2022 repectively. MTech programme offered by IIIT Bhagalpur isn't free of cost. Candidates are required to pay the tuition fee amount of  INR 2 Lacs at the end of the admission procedure.These fees are excluded of other fees that are payable only at the time of admission.
