Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Nagpur is a public institution which was formed under the banner of Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

IIIT Nagpur started functioning in the year 2016 and at present the institute offers BTech and PhD programmes in the field of engineering across various specialisations.
