Yes, IILMGSM offers Dual specialisation. The PGDM Programme was launched in 1993. It is a two-year full-time programme. The mission of IILM GSM is the pursuit of education, scholarship, and research at the highest levels of excellence. It is also mandatory to go for three months summer internship after the completion of the first year. The various electives which the students can opt for are Finance, Operation, HR, IT, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Social Media Management. It mainly depends on the students for selecting their electives. IILM has almost completed 27 years in the PGDM program. The placement cell is networked with more than 400 companies.The placement cell assists students for preparing themselves for the placement process and has maintained an excellent placement record as well.And for students they would be successful.The main focus is on students for preparing them for achieving their career goals.
Placement in HR-It mainly depends on the type of HR Profile whether it is HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition,the salary package varies between 5 Lakh to 12 Lakh and above.In HR the maximum average package goes up to 10 Lakhs.
Placement in Finance-In Finance the top 50 percentile have received average package of 6.8 Lakhs. The variable components are directly revealed to students.Investment Banking and Ed tech are also the sectors for targeting.

Both colleges are same in terms of Placement. For management profile, Delhi/NCR is preferred over Bangalore as CTC offered in both the colleges are same and living index of Bangalore is very high than Delhi.
Most of the corporates offering management courses are located in Delhi/NCR. When you search on naukri.com and other website management profile work in Delhi/NCR is three times more than that in Bangalore and Pune. Accrediataions are same for both college and AACSB has nothing to do with palcement.

We have more than 300 companies across various domains visiting our campus for placements every year. Our priority is mainly to prepare students on the basis of their career goals. For HR, some of the companies are Big Basket, Info Edge, Gartner and Frontiso. The maximum average package for HR is 10 lakhs.
Some of the finance companies are Deloitte, Goldmansachs, Kopal amba, KPMG, Daisyrow, E&Y, CIAN Analytics and Ameriprise International. The average package for finance is 6.8 LPA.

Study Curriculum-In the course curriculum the Business Simulation and Case Studies are its core methods. Course Modules are generally inspired by Stanford graduate school of business, Wharton Business School, and IIM A.Program is delivered in 6 terms. Therefore from such efforts, 150+ companies agreed to engage with the final year students of the graduating batch highlighting the following -
1. 223 offers of final placements were received for the batch till 31st March 2020.
2. 53 students were offered 2 or more than 2 offers of final placement.
3. 8 international offers were received with the highest package at 19 lakh.
4. Average Package was 7.5 lakh.
