The Cutoff percentile is different for different IIMs and it changes every year, you can get the report on official websites of respective IIMs.

It changes every year. In 2015 joining date was in June 2nd week but 2016 it was on June 21.

Yes. CAT or MAT score along with a consistent academic performance is considered by IIM's. It doesn't mean that you must score 80+%. Above average is preferable.

I suggest you participate in extracurricular activities, competitions, tech and cultural fests and publish papers in journals.

Firstly you need to clear your graduation with minimum 50%, than you need to appear for CAT entrance exam and clear it with good score (>99%ile) to get into this institute.
