FMS delhi is the best college with decent fee structure.it also a top MBA college as par to IIM.its fee is so as low as in between approx 50,000 for two year.

PGDM is better as per the current scenario, but you should check if it is AIU certified or not because PGDM program without AIU certification is not valid for higher studies in India and abroad.

while filling up your application form you will be asked to fill the colleges and the course.You need not to do anything other than that.Then depending on your scores you will get a call from the colleges you filled in your application form.

CAT percentile cutoff last year was close to 99.5 percentile. I guess based on your performance you will have to score a little more than the cutoff.

I don't think choice of books should be a matter of concern. You should pick any book that covers entire course.

Yes, but you have to work hard because it's easy to say that you want IIM but very hard to achieve. Just make sure you don't make castles in the air.
