No You can't. Unless you have completed your undergrad with minimum 50% marks, you can not appear for CAT and hence you can not join PGDM course. For your CAT score to be valid, you need either your degree and marksheet or a letter from the dean of your college saying that you have completed all the courses and the degree will be awarded to you soon.

The process of getting into Agri Business course is almost same as that of normal PGP course. At the time of application you have to select the option PGP-FABM as well.
