maybe.because eligibility criteria is 45 to 50% irrespective of any degrees.but first you will have to appear for CAT exams.which is a must for IIM.

Yes, it is the fee structure for whole course. Now, I think it becomes 20 lacs for the whole course as IIMs hike the fees.
