The short answer is YES. However you should look for executive MBA as you might not get good placement post regular MBA. All IIMs offer executive MBA and general placement is also really good. Alternatively you can apply to ISB or other institute that require GMAT score.

If you have received a call from IIMs, you usually have an equal chance of getting in to IIMs and you are not severely disadvantaged. Except few candidates on top, almost everyone who has a call lie in very close range of scores. Hence I would recommend that you don't worry too much about your chances and focus on your preparation for WAT/GD/PI and give your best shot at it.

Yes, it is necessary to speak fluent English for Personal interview. The medium of instruction in all IIMs is English and all the classes are designed to interactive. Also there are a lot of foreign faculty who expect you to communicate effectively in English. To account for these factors, there was a dedicated section in CAT to test your verbal skills. However you should not worry about it too much, as you have already qualified CAT and hence possess certain level of knowledge of English language.

IIM Ahmedabad does not have a CAT percentile cutoff score. They have started a system of composite score where all the inputs like 10th marks, 12th marks, UG percentage, etc are used. Then an overall score cutoff is calculated. This method has certain advantages like, if you have not done really well in 10th or 12th, you can compensate that by doing really good in CAT. Here are two links that will give you detailed information about cutoffs and selection criteria. http://www.iimahd.ernet.in/programmes/admission-details/admission-procedure-for-pgp-2016-18-batch.html http://www.iimahd.ernet.in/users/admission/files/Shortlisting Criteria for PGP 2016-18 batch_110116.pdf Let me know if you have further questions.
