Firstly any number can fall short for admission in IIMA. Candidates with 100 percentile can also get rejected for IIMA if their interview is not up to the standards. Rest, first focus on CAT, once you get the call for interview, you can plan accordingly by strengthening your weak areas and practising via mock interviews as much as possible. IIM Ahmedabad Admission is on the basis of CAT exam scores. IIM Ahmedabad organizes its own counseling round, which includes a group discussion round and Personal Interview. The selection process is pretty rigorous.
