IIMB uses multiple parameters, namely academic performance in school, high school and graduation programmes as well as candidates scores in CAT/GMAT to judge the suitability of candidates for the PGP programme. Listen, first of all, if you want to get admission in above mentioned colleges, you score in class 10th and class 12th and graduation will not be considered at all. All you need is to clear CAT with at least 98 percentile to get admission in these colleges.

You need to clear CAT. A score of atleast 99 percentile is good enough to get a call from IIM-B. Apart from CAT score, WAT/PI performance is also considered along with a good academic/work profile (if any). Put a dedicated and determined effort for CAT preparation, you will definitely succeed in getting a call from top IIMs. Best of Luck!

Since you have not mentioned your university, it is quite difficult to say. But, in general, it sure does seem possible. A lot depends on the marks of people around you (as IIM Bangalore grades your marks relative to others and then gives your application some points). Anyway, it does seem possible, just score as high as possible in your CAT.

It is going to be very difficult for you to get an admission in IIM Bangalore, without some good Work Ex and CAT marks, as IIMB gives graduation marks very high weightage in comparison to other colleges. And, after getting in you will actually need work extra hard to justify the lower marks in graduation that you have (but, with hardwork that is possible.)
Anyway, you can also look at IIM C and L which don't give as much emphasis to past acads.
