You are eligible, as you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria of 50% marks in graduation, but the chances of getting a call from top IIMs are grim, if you belong to general category. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. However, there are chances to get call from new IIMs, if you get a really good percentile in CAT as some IIMs give higher weightage to CAT score. As mentioned on the IIM Bangalore website, the fee for Post Graduate Programme in Management (popularly known as MBA) consists of Tuition, Library, Internet, Case Permission Royalty, Course Material, Hostel Room Rent and Service Charge, Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and Alumni Activity. Another clarification, the programme does not have specific specialisation as Marketing or Finance, it totally depends on you to choose the courses you like. Check this link http://www.iimb.ac.in/node/15826 or you can go to the website and check Programme expenses for the programme you are looking for. It's around 21 Lacs including everything but may increase in subsequent years.

From IIM A, most probably, yes. IIM Bangalore can be tricky. Depending on your work ex. (I wouldn't count on IIMB) also there is a 80% cutoff for 10th and 12th marks, if I am not wrong.

IIMB brand name will trump that of SP Jain's anyday. It is what you feel adds more value to your profie.
PS - I am really sorry, I don't have as much knowledge on the two programs, as I would have liked, to answer this question.
