Hi,
It is simply not possible to know the exact CAT percentile which can guarantee a call. It depends on other factors as well, such as the academic diversity, work-experience (both in terms of number of months and relevance) and academic diversity. Apart from that, it also changes from year to year and can be quite random. So, instead of trying to score a fixed number, I would suggest you to give your best and try to maximize your score. That way, even if you don't get a call from IIMB, you still can aim for other top management schools. If you are talking in terms of minimum possible cutoffs to be eligible, then in 2017, it was 75 in VARC, 70 each in DILR and QA. Overall, it was 80 percentile.

I have very limited knowledge of the same. Therefore, I would request you to look at HRD's rankings, Times of India and Hindustan Times rankings.

Hello,
IIM's are still in the phase of earning a recognition for their 1-year program. I would rank ISB as the top most choice for the same. It is ranked under top 30 colleges for doing MBA from around the world. The program, course structure, faculty and post-MBA placements are excellent in ISB and have been a threat to all major IIM's one year MBA programs.
While getting into ISB's one year program is extremely difficult, it is comparatively easy to get into EPGP of IIM B. The second choice would be SP Jain. While ISB is pretty much ahead of SP Jain with respect to the above parameters, SP Jain is slowly catching up with the top colleges around the world. SP Jain is too ranked under top 30 colleges in the world to do an MBA from.
If you are really looking for a one year MBA, then please consider ISB and SP Jain as your top choices, and in an extreme case, consider IIM B EPGP.

IIM Bangalore anyday. It has a smaller batch size, is older, better climate, better placements (more offers from consult firms and banks), better faculty, surrounded by startups and MNCs.
Hence, IIM Bangalore hands down.
