IIM-Bangalore gives immense weightage to graduation, XII and X class percentages. And, it also has a minimum cut-off for class 10th and 12th marks. And, the results for this year have already been announced.

No, it is not. Every year, there are around 20% Freshers in a batch of IIM, Bangalore. And, many of them quite well from landing a good job to acing courses, it just becomes a function of your effort here.

Depends on your CAT percentile and college. Check the point criteria for individual IIM's. Highest weightage is given to CAT.

IIM-A and IIM-B offer only general MBA, there is no specialisation although you can take electives in particular field to augment your knowledge of that.
The fee structure of PGDM (i.e. MBA) is generally 20-25 lakh rupees (changes every year).
