All 3 are the best colleges & among top MBA colleges.
if you select any one your future career will be safe.
As per my knowledge it is 90 percentile for CAT, it may change for CAT 2016 as per IIM, Ranchi decision.

Hi Vivek, I would recommend you to please be a bit more specific about the query in terms of what interests you more(i.e. marketing, finance, operations, analytics,IT, etc. and also the kind of B-schools you re targeting) As far as the 4 month experience goes, no premium B-school would give much weight-age for that experience. In fact. most IIMs and other premium b-schools don't give any points for a work experience less than 6 months. So, while on campus the recruiters visiting the campus would consider you to be a fresher and so would the institutions. From what I could gather from the internet , development officer at LIC is into managing sales and customers, so I would postulate that a degree in Marketing from the top B-schools across the country should be a good fit. However, I would strongly recommend you to please share the exact nature of your work so that a well informed recommendation can be made in this regard. Also I would like to advice you to defer taking the MBA route till next year by which time you would have gathered a reasonable experience for recruiters to shortlist you when they visit the campus. Also if you could please share your full profile ( 10th, 12th marks, graduation marks) I would be able to advice you in a much better manner.
All the best!
