Firstly the question arise is whether you can clear the CAT or not. Secondly once you clear the cutoff for IIMU. You can very well get a chance for WAT/PI. With your profile its very difficult to predict your chances as you don't have CAT score.

To be honest, Your expectations are exceeding to what you have already delivered. Even going ahead with the anticipated results that you will achieve, the selection criteria is so different. Every part of your academics has been allotted a sectional marking scheme. Each IIMs have different weightage assigned to different academic milestone events. Presuming you don't have any prior work experience, you will not get a single marks in work experience part. Similarly, your 10th, 12th and graduation marks will be evaluated against a nominal scale with defined weightage. Apart from it, the CAT percentile has maximum weightage which will surely help you out in overcoming the patchy past. Even you can work alongside with your preparation for getting an extra edge in the work experience section. I hope I answered all your queries. You can write me back if you get some extra doubts.

It is very difficult to speak about chances. Although you can speculate with the last years waitlist movement.

Last year WL stats for IIM Udaipur. There were a few more lists but we couldn't track it further as we were already in the college studying.

Admissions office has a way to estimate the waitlist numbers. Even previous years movements are kept in mind while releasing lists. Certain conversion ratios and statistics are present with the office that they use to estimate.All colleges do that. That's how it works.
In the first list, total 147 students had accepted the offer before 19th of May. Also the movement has been quite unpredictable. Here is the list of 2nd announcement.

Speaking about chances can't be assured from my side as there can be buffer calls as well. Compare it with last year movement, I am pretty sure you will have a better picture of chances. Keep your hopes high. :)
