The cut off marks for IISER Pune BS-MS course are category-wise and are based on the marks obtained in the KVPY, SCB, and JEE (Advanced) examinations. As per the IISER Pune cutoff 2024, the Round 1 closing rank for most of the BS-MS specialisations stand closed at 259 for the General All India category students.
