Placements: Our college is not really about placements. Most of the students here opt to pursue Ph.D. in India or foreign after the course. Though, some opt for some R and D jobs which have an average LPA of 10 lacs. People also go for MBA and other research roles in the industry only. Some take up teaching careers but it's rare.

Placements: IISER Tirupati is more focused on research than placements and thus does not have a placement cell. Most students opt to pursue a Ph.D. either abroad or in India with a good stipend. Those who do not wish to continue in research typically go for off-campus placements.

Placements: IISER Tirupati focuses mainly on research and most students opt to go for Ph.D. for their future studies. Most of the students, who have completed BSMS, are doing their Ph.D. in European countries, Australia, Canada, etc. A few with ECs major have been placed in climate research institutes.

Placements: Placements are totally based on your efforts. Our college doesn't have any placement cell. Most of the students here usually opt for Ph.D. so there is no such thing as placements. In our college, Biology is more focused as compared to other subjects.

Placements: 30-40% of students got internships in our college. Placements are very good in VIT. If you can maintain your CGPA well, you can get placed easily. In the fourth year, companies start visiting colleges and start working on their recruitment process. Big companies like Intel, Qualcomm, Nokia, Paypal, Google, Microsoft, Tata, Infosys, etc., visit the college to hire students. The highest package offered in VIT was 75 LPA, the average package was around 7-8 LPA, and the lowest package was 5 LPA.
