To get admission in IIT Hyderabad, you must need to qualify the JEE advance exam conducted by IITs. If you secure under 10,000 rank in JEE Advanced, then only you can get a seat in this college. Best of luck.

First of all, you must have to score 250+ score in JEE Mains in order to get safer side. Especially, if you really want IIT BOMBAY that will not a very tougher task to you and this score will boost your confidence also for JEE ADVANCE. As we all know that there has not any fixed range of marks for getting a particular rank in JEE ADVANCE. If we seen last year and this year analysis of rank vs marks in JEE advance then we see lot of difference basically due to difference hardness of paper. This year closing rank for IIT BOMBAY was 3450 and that was for a dual degree course. According to estimation we used genarlly 45 to 50% marks (minimum) will fetch you to IIT BOMBAY. Keep your hard work moving on you will definitely able to achieve it.

B.Tech admissions in all IITs and NITs are based on JEE advance and JEE Main ranks. Hence, on the basis of engineering Diploma, you cannot get admission in IIT.
