No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.

In my opinion, you should opt mechanical from IIT-Indore because IIT-Indore provides good mechanical faculties, good course curriculum, good placements and good infrastructure also.

Go for the branch in which you are interested. Both the colleges are good. But if asked particularly then go for IIT, Indore because rankings of IITs are good than NITs.
