Hi , Admission for the B.Tech and BS program is done through JEE Advanced followed by JoSSA counselling. Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 75% during HSC level to be eligible for admission. After the successful completion of Counselling process, candidates will have to report at IIT K for document submission, fee payment and confirmation of seat procedures.

With IIT madras, the internships provided here are very minimal for this specialisation specifically and The Placements for CSE is great but overall facilities and faculty structure is mediocre, not all students get exact CSE opportunities and hence, does not have edge over IIT Kanpur

Bioengineering is a branch of engineering which needs knowledge of biology and math. So only those students are selected who have a strong foundation in math and biology as well as in chemistry. A neet student prepares only for PCB but he/she can take math as an additional subject in class 12th to learn the math as IITJEE students take bio as an additional subject to get admission in bio engineering.
