According to the AICTE Guidance, candidates who have completed B.Sc. With a minimum mark of 45 percent and have completed class 12 with the subject of mathematics are eligible. Obviously, If you are interested in coding then check if you are getting CSE or MNC at some new iits like IIT Patna, Bhilai, etc. But if it is like I want any of the top old iits then for Non-core get ECE as it is somewhere midway between core & Non core and for government jobs go for EE as it is quite hectic to manage a core branch like ELECTRICAL with proficiency in coding. You can do webD or android development with EE but getting pro in DSA and CP will be little more tedious.
