You can admission in IIT, Kharagpur and IIT, Roorkee by giving this exam. It is an architecture aptitude test which conducted by 7 IITs but admission you can get only in Khargpur and Roorkee but before that you need to clear JEE Advanced exam

In my opinion, you should opt mechanical from IIT-Indore because IIT-Indore provides good mechanical faculties, good course curriculum, good placements and good infrastructure also.
